Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Jack Lewis Jewelers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Entry Periods: There will be one drawing at the end of each Jack Lewis Jewelers business day between Thursday, Aug 7 and Saturday, Aug 9. Entries collected on one day will not be carried over to subsequent days. The entry period for the Thursday, Aug 7 drawing begins at 10:00am CDT on 08/07/2025 and ends at 6:00pm on 08/07/2025 (the “Thursday Entry Period”). The entry period for the Friday, Aug 8 drawing begins at 10:00am CDT on 08/08/2025 and ends at 6:00pm on 08/08/2025 (the “Friday Entry Period”). The entry period for the Saturday, Aug 9 drawing begins at 10:00am CDT on 08/09/2025 and ends at 4:00pm on 08/09/2025 (the “Saturday Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Periods will not be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, visit the Jack Lewis Jewelers store in-person at 3011 Galena Rd, Bloomington IL, 61704 and complete the entry form. Limit one entry per person during each Entry Period. If a person does not win, then that same person may return on a subsequent day (8/8 or 8/9, respectively) and re-enter. Winners and/or winning households may not re-enter again. Multiple same-day entries will result in disqualification.
Prizes: Three (3) total winners (one different winner/household each day 8/7-8/9) will receive a “$1,000 Shopping Spree” at Jack Lewis Jewelers. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000.
Explanation of Prize: Each “$1,000 Shopping Spree” has no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. It is intended to be used as a discount toward jewelry purchases at Jack Lewis Jewelers. If winner’s redemption choices do not reach $1,000 in retail value by the expiration date, winner forfeits any unused remainder. If winner’s redemption choices exceed $1,000 in retail value, winner is responsible for paying the overage. The entire prize amount does not need to be used in a single shopping visit, but again, any unused portion will be forfeited if not used by the expiration date.
Restrictions on Prize Redemptions: Each “$1,000 Shopping Spree” may not be applied toward Rolex or Tudor. Expiration date of the prize redemption window is December 31, 2025.
Winner Selection & Odds: Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about 6:00pm on 08/07/2025 (for the “Thursday Entry Period” prize), on or about 6:00pm on 08/08/2025 (for the “Friday Entry Period” prize), and on or about 4:00pm on 08/09/2025 (for the “Saturday Entry Period” prize), from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Notification: Winners will be notified via the information provided when they signed up (which may include email, direct message, or phone) on or before 08/12/2025. If a potential winner cannot be contacted by the Jack Lewis Jewelers close of business 08/12/2025, an alternate winner may be selected.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Jack Lewis Jewelers’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Jack Lewis Jewelers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Jack Lewis Jewelers’ control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Jack Lewis Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Jack Lewis Jewelers, its affiliates, its marketing agency, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
